Does the webcast come with a money back guarantee?
Only the live seminar comes with a money back guarantee. If you have not succeeded with the webcast, please get in touch with us by email or phone so we can offer assistance.
how do i renew my account?
If your account has expired and you have completed viewing the webcast, the renewal fee of £33 applies. As an account holder, you will be provided with the link to this when you try to login to your account.
How long will I have access to my account?
As soon as you complete your purchase you will receive an email with your webcast instructions. Once you start viewing the account it will remain active for 30 days. The objective of the Allen Carr Webcast like the live seminar is to get smoke-free the day you view the program. You will smoke a final cigarette at the end of Part 5. In the vast majority of cases there is no need to watch the webcast again as smoking will no longer be a part of your life. You are free! For those clients who need a bit of additional reinforcement in the first month, the account stays active to enable you to do this. But the key is to make smoking a thing of the past and move on with the rest of your life!
I am having technical difficulties viewing the webcast.
a) The online seminar can be viewed on all devices including desktop computers, tablets and smart phones. If your computer is very old it may not be compatible with the webcast
b) The problem could be with a slow internet connection. This happens from time to time and to resolve this please close your browser completely and re-open and login again. If the problem is not resolved you may need to re-start your computer.
N.B. Common browser errors can be easily resolved by either refreshing your browser or if that does not work by clicking your Control key and F5 key (located at the top of your keyboard) simultaneously.
c) Your account may have expired. If you have viewed it more than a month ago, and have not finished your viewing please contact us by emailing email@example.com
I have done the webcast but I am still struggling.

I have forgotten my username and/or password.
Your username is the email address you used to register your account. We do not have a password retrieval system but if you have forgotten the password and cannot login, please email us providing your username email address and password you wish to use and we will assist within 24 hours.
I haven’t completed the webcast. How can I get my account renewed?
If you have not been able to complete viewing all six parts of the webcast program within the 30 days of validity, please use the contact form to email us providing your user name email address and/or the date of purchase so we can assist. If you have completed viewing and wish to extend your account, there is a £33 renewal fee. You will be provided with this link when you attempt a login.
